The Board of Regents is responsible for overseeing the four University of Colorado locations and ensuring that they operate at high standards.

Regents use their diverse backgrounds to guide the school in setting policies, approving budgets, and overseeing the administration.

Recently, the CU Board of Regents:

• Introduced a plan to expand the collective bargaining rights of faculty, staff, and student workers.

• Set preliminary budgets including an increase in tuition cost 

• Established Education Innovations Denver, a nonprofit who will work on developing partnerships between CU and the community.
