Important Dates

​February 9: Last day to register as a Democrat to participate in caucuses and assemblies

March 5: Larimer County Precinct Caucuses

March 7: Larimer County Assembly

March 7: Weld County Precinct Caucuses

March 14: Weld County Assembly is March 14

State Assembly is March 28 (in Pueblo, CO)

June 30, 2026 - Primary Elections

November 3: 2026 - Election Day

Are you registered to vote? 

  • If yes: check your voter registration and make sure your information (name and address) are up-to-date. If you move or change your name, be sure to update your registration information before the next election.

  • If no: eligible voters can register online if they have a valid SSN, Colorado Driver's License or Colorado ID Card. Otherwise, they can submit a paper application.

 

County Clerks will begin mailing ballots for the June primary elections on May 29.  If you register to vote or update your voter registration by June 12, you will receive your ballot in the mail. After June 12, you can register to vote or update your registration at a voting center until 7 pm on November 3.

You can find many answers to your voting questions on the Colorado Secretary of State's website. And - You can always email IndivisibleNOCO with your questions and we will help you find the answers.  

All Colorado seats for the U.S. House of Representatives are up for reelection.  IndivisibleNOCO will follow the races in District 2, currently held by Joe Neguse (D), and District 4, currently held by Lauren Boebert (R).

 

Lauren Boebert currently has 4 Democratic challengers in CD4:

 

  • Trisha Calvarese

  • Eileen Laubacher

  • John Padora Jr.

  • Jenna Preston

Senator Hickenlooper is running for reelection to the U.S. Senate. To-date he has 3 Democratic challengers:

  • Julie Gonzales

  • Karen Breslin

  • A.J. Zimpfer

Statewide seats up for reelection in 2026:

In Northern Colorado, Senate District 15, currently held by Janice Marchman, and House Districts 49, 51, 52, 53, 64 and 65 will be on the ballot.

Colorado House District Incumbents:

​

  • 49: Lesley Smith (D)

  • 51: Ron Weinberg (R)

  • 52: Yara Zokaie (D)

  • 53: Andy Boesenecker (D)

  • 64: Scott Slaugh (R) was appointed to fill a vacancy left by Ryan Armagost who left to avoid censure for inappropriate behavior.

  • 65: Lori Garcia Sander (R)

Larimer Elections

County Board of Commissioners

Long-time public servant John Kefalas is not running for re-election to represent District 1 in Larimer County. To-date, 3 candidates are on the ballot to fill the vacancy:

  • Shane Atkinson

  • Dan Sapienza

Municipal Elections

  • Fort Collins: City Council Districts 2, 4, and 6

  • Loveland: TBA
