Why Running
"I’m JeffCo Treasurer Jerry DiTullio and I am running for State Treasurer – A Real Treasurer for State Treasurer – because this office deserves a leader with real treasury experience.
Over the past 6½ years, I’ve generated more than $84 million in investment interest for Jeffco taxpayers. That’s not just experience – that’s performance. Colorado needs proven financial leadership that works for everyone. I’m ready to bring my track record of fiscal responsibility and transparency to the state level and deliver results for all Coloradans."

Colorado Public Bank (State Bank): Push for greater control of local tax dollars through a Colorado Public Bank to support rural agriculture and health care projects, and help borrowers with affordable student loans, business loans and home loans
Tax Reform: Push for real property tax reform
Junk Fees: Push for a reduction of “junk fees” created by the legislature and burdening personal budgets
