Why Running
“I’ve lived in Colorado most of my life, and like a lot of families here, mine had some tough years. My mom raised us on her own. She worked two and sometimes three jobs just to keep food on the table. We relied on help–from neighbors, from community groups, and from programs that made sure kids like me didn’t go hungry. I know firsthand how close the margin can be for working families.
I’m not a career politician. I’m a neighbor who decided to step up. I’m a small business owner, a husband, a neighbor. I decided to run because I watched Washington put politics and special interests ahead of real people and I couldn’t sit on the sidelines anymore.
I believe in country over party, people over politics, and dignity for every family. I’ll listen, I’ll tell the truth, and I’ll fight for this district; not donors, not party bosses. If you want a representative who understands real life and actually shows up for you, I’d be honored to earn your support.”

Policy Positions
Bridging the Divide: Put country over party by engaging Democrats, Republicans, and Independents to solve problems together and restore trust in representative government.
Real Representation, Not Corporate Influence: Reject corporate PAC and lobbyist money to ensure every decision reflects the needs of local residents and grassroots supporters, not special interests.
Economic Security & Dignity: Protect Medicare and Medicaid while driving policies that make housing, healthcare, childcare, and fair wages attainable for working families, with tax relief focused on the middle class rather than billionaires.
Small Business & Local Economies: Strengthen Main Street by expanding access to capital, cutting unnecessary red tape, and supporting the entrepreneurs who power local communities.
National Debt & Fiscal Responsibility: Reduce the national debt by eliminating wasteful spending and closing loopholes for the ultra‑wealthy, while safeguarding Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid and investing in education, clean energy, and infrastructure.
Immigration: Enforce the law by prioritizing the removal of violent offenders, securing the border, and creating a legal, orderly path for workers, students, and families who contribute to the country.
Women’s Rights & Reproductive Care: Protect the right to privacy and reproductive freedom by keeping medical decisions between a woman and her doctor and ensuring access to safe, legal care.
Gun Safety & the Second Amendment: Uphold the rights of responsible gun owners while reducing gun violence through universal background checks and closing dangerous loopholes to keep communities safe.
Veterans & Mental Health: Expand access to high‑quality healthcare, job opportunities, and effective mental‑health services so veterans receive the full support they earned.
