Singing Resistance
The Singing Resistance is a Minneapolis-based grassroots movement that uses collective song as a nonviolent, direct-action tool against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) actions. Emerging in January 2026, it involves thousands of participants singing protest songs to foster solidarity, grieve, and resist ICE initiatives.
The Singing Resistance has spread to Fort Collins! The Strum will lead protestors in collective song during the No Kings 3 march. Download these lyrics and listen to the songs so that you will be ready to join in on Saturday!
