Why Running
"Here in Colorado, we know how important an independent voice is. Too often we watch politicians like Gabe Evans and his Republican friends in Congress put themselves and party politics ahead of serving people. We can – and need– to do better.
Service has always been at the center of my life. As a Marine, I charged into tough fights, working side-by-side with people from all walks of life to defend our country. And as a business leader, I learned what it means to create opportunities for everyone. I’m running for Congress because we need new kinds of leaders – ones that are unafraid to stand up for what’s right and are focused can deliver real results."

Policy Positions
Reproductive Freedom: “There is no right more fundamental than to choose what happens to your body. The decisions around whether, when, and with whom to form a family are among the most fundamental and consequential choices that any person will make in their life. We need to ensure that the freedom to make these decisions is preserved and protected by law. We need the protections of Roe and Casey to be written into our Constitution.”
Renewable Energy: “We need an energy policy that meets energy needs of today and is affordable but also creates a path forward with a resilient grid and green and clean energy.”
Congressional Stock Trading: “Members of Congress should not be allowed to trade stocks… There’s no reason why members of Congress should be able to steer the US budget, have access to non-material information, and trade stocks.”
